William P. Proctor, (Bill), Pastor – Bill is in his 26th year as an ordained pastor. Bill grew up in Dallas, and attended Austin College in Sherman, Texas. Before his ordination Bill served as youth director for the American Community Church in Tehran, Iran, as well as at the United Presbyterian Church in Cleburne, Texas. A graduate of Fuller Theological Seminary, with a Masters in Theology, and Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary, with a Masters in Divinity, Bill served as an associate pastor for 13 years in both suburban Houston and Chicago. Prior to his move to San Angelo, Bill most recently served for 11½ years as Pastor of the First Presbyterian Church in Ardmore, PA.

Bill is married to Lanee, and they have two children, a daughter who is a college senior in Ft. Worth, and a son who is a ninth-grader.

Dr. Pamela Lee, Choir Director – a native of Beaumont, Pamela serves as Professor of Music and Director of Choral Activities at Angelo State University, which is part of the Texas Tech University system. Previously, she taught at Baylor and Stephen F. Austin Universities. A graduate of Lamar University, Pamela earned a M.M., at the University of North Texas and an Ed.D., from the University of Houston. An accomplished conductor and pianist, Pamela is active as a choral clinician, adjudicator, and performer. Pamela has been on staff of FPC since 1998.

Louellen Meyer, Organist and Director of the Praise Team and Children’s Choir – a native of West Texas, Louellen is a graduate of Southern Methodist University. Married to Dr. Robert Meyer, mother of two teenage children, Louellen is a much sought after organist and pianist, often serving as accompanist for the Angelo State University music program and local choirs. Louellen also serves as Director and accompanist for the Contemporary Worship Praise Team, as well as the Children’s Choir. Louellen has been a member of the church staff since 1995.

Susan Gober, Director of Christian Education – Susan grew up in Wall, Texas, and has lived in San Marcos, San Antonio, and Houston. A graduate of Angelo State University with a degree in journalism, married to Dwain, they are parents of two children. Susan has been a member of FPC since 1996.

Dawn Thompson, Director of the Preschool – is the new Director of the “Angel Academy,” which is currently a two-day a week preschool program. Growing up in Midland, Texas, Dawn is married to Matthew and they are the parents of two daughters.

Becky Swiderski, Administrative Assistant/Office Manager – Becky grew up in Ballinger as a member of 1st Presbyterian Church. Married to Ted, she is mother to three sons. Becky serves as the Pastor’s secretary and has been a member of the church staff since 1987.

Donna Spieler, Receptionist & Program Secretary – Donna grew up in Amarillo and has lived all of her married life in San Angelo. Donna has been a member of the church staff since 1998.

Donna Ziriax is the Financial Secretary. Donna is a graduate of Lake View High School and ASU. She and her husband, Bobby, are the proud parents of a daughter, Lizzie.

Bradley Morgan is the Youth Director. Bradley is a native of Rankin, Texas,  where he excelled in athletics. Bradley is a graduate of ASU, where he earned a degree in Natural Resources Management. Bradley has also earned a Master of Education in Sports Ministry from Hardin-Simmons. He is married to Janay, who is a fourth-grade teacher in Wall.
